Co-Development: From the other side

In most presentations, we always hear how difficult co-development, outsourcing or distributed development can be and how hard it is to fulfil all the needs, and how the teams are under pressure. Nobody thinks about the teams who are giving their beloved projects to others, Those who are helping with the onboardings and the logistics of allowing others to assist in the development so they don’t have to. In this presentation, we’ll use examples from around the world, and likewise my own experiences, I’d like to share with you all what it’s like being on that side of the table.
