How project management experience in gamedev helps grow the community and organize HearthStone tournaments for good causes

At the lecture, I will tell how, thanks to the experience of a project manager in a game development, I was able to independently organize the largest online Hearthstone event in the history of Ukraine. I will share tips on developing your own community, effective cooperation with sponsors and investing in tournaments. We will also consider how to scale events, attract new audiences and develop new directions. I will pay special attention to the topic of charity and how games can help support important social initiatives.
