Anna Vashchenko

Anna Vashchenko is Recruitment Lead and partner at the recruitment agency Values Value. She has more than 10 years of experience in recruiting and HR, over seven of them in the game industry, and has worked in IT outsourcing and in product game development companies. Values Value hires specialists for game studios, provides career consulting, helps build HR and recruitment processes and analyses the salary market. As Recruitment Lead and partner, Anna has helped form teams and set up HR processes for many studios in the industry. Together with the InGame Job portal, the agency runs an annual employment survey of the Ukrainian games industry (Big Games Industry Employment Survey).
