Oksana Zinkovska
Rubyplay, Art team lead
Oksana Zinkovska is a 2D art lead (art team lead) at Rubyplay. She has 16 years of experience as an artist, first in advertising and later in the games industry. She began her game career as an artist at a studio making casino games. Over the last five years she has led several groups of artists, and she now leads the art team at Rubyplay. At Games Gathering 2024 she gave a talk titled "How to motivate artists", covering work with an art team from a leader's perspective.
