Ruslana Kruchek is co-founder, brand manager and creative director of the audio agency VP Production, which creates signature sound for games, brands and apps. For games the agency writes soundtracks and sound effects and works with voice actors; for companies and apps it builds audio brands. Ruslana has a background in marketing and brings that approach to the agency's work: every project is based on audience and market research. She develops the audio concepts for projects and oversees how they are carried out, and manages the agency's brand and project production. The team's work includes the soundtrack for Ukrainian Fight Drone Simulator. The agency works mostly with indie teams, and Ruslana is responsible for its data-driven approach to game audio that players remember for a long time.
