Svitlana Matlay is Design Team Lead and Creative Consultant at Unity. She combines design and code to create interactive ad creatives for mobile games. She came to code as a designer about five years ago. By her own account, she has seen most mobile game ad creatives, analyses them and helps optimise them. She works with leading studios around the world, helping them optimise their UA strategies. At Games Gathering 2025 she gave the talk "Tap to Win: Why the Future of UA is Interactive", about the role of interactive formats in user acquisition.
