Tamara Dovhych

Tamara Dovhych is a film scholar and Head of the Film Department at the Kyiv Museum of Theatre, Music and Cinema of Ukraine. She researches the evolution of media from theatre to video games, including the legacy of Kurbas, Petrov and Parajanov. She gives lectures and runs projects on synthetic art and cultural continuity. At Games Gathering 2025 she spoke about games as the next stage of art after theatre and cinema, and as a new dominant form of synthetic art.
