Valery Stalirov is an IT lawyer, CEO and founder of Stalirov&Co, an international firm specializing in legal support for game studios and publishers. He has worked with game development companies since 2018, mostly with indie developers and publishers. His work covers contracts, intellectual property protection and structuring of game development businesses in the US, the EU and Cyprus. He advises developers from indie to AAA. At Games Gathering 2025 he spoke about "The Legal Side of Publishing: How to Sign Deals with Publishers Without Losing Control of Your Game".
