Reinventing Game Launches: A Framework for Success

In my speech, I will present a novel framework for launching games in 2023. Departing from the traditional linear approach, we eliminate costly delays and increase success rates by involving a real audience from day one. By fostering collaboration between the central unit and the game development team, we bridge communication gaps and streamline the launch process. Backed by my experience at Rovio and Geeklab, I will share case studies and examples that demonstrate how this framework boosts game success and optimizes resources.
