What the talk is about
Natalia Mykolska explains why companies should join business associations, using Diia.City United, an association of product tech companies that already includes game studios, as her example. The first reason is a stronger joint voice in dialogue with the state, for instance on education and training specialists for the industry. The second is a neutral space where even direct competitors can agree on common positions, plus ongoing structured networking by role: CEOs with CEOs, HR with HR. Associations also help companies reach international trade shows through a shared stand, collect industry data that supports investor pitches, and set voluntary standards such as dropping Russian and Belarusian software. She sums up the association's first year and how to join. Useful for founders and studio leaders.
