Andriy Mochurad
Igrolad, Co-founder of the studio "Igrolad"
Andriy Mochurad is a co-founder of the Igrolad studio. He has developed games since 2015. The studio's releases include the historical game "Halychyna", the teen game "Know Your Rights", the inclusive game "Senso", and "Dronovody", a game about drones and technology. Before the full-scale invasion he worked mostly on board games, in IT and as a trainer, including gamified training for the military. Earlier he was a project manager and game facilitator at Taka Maka and taught a game development course at Lviv IT School. A veteran with combat experience, he held senior officer positions and worked as a military psychologist. He has worked with drones since 2014 and flew them at the front from 2022. Most of the team joined the Armed Forces, which paused the studio's work; it is now being restored. At Games Gathering 2025 he spoke about the ethical and methodological challenges of developing games on difficult topics.
