Natalia Mykolska is Executive Director of Diia.City United, a business union of product technology companies that are residents of Diia.City. By her description, it is Ukraine's largest association of product technology businesses. She works to foster innovation, technology and economic growth in Ukraine's tech sector and corporate world, and supports and promotes women's empowerment and the development of Ukraine's creative industries. Her focus is strategic transformation and the globalization of Ukrainian business. An advocate of corporate governance principles, Natalia is an independent member of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Ukrhydroenergo. From 2014 to 2018 she served as Trade Representative and Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. At Games Gathering 2025 in Lviv, she gave the talk "The power of business associations. Case study Diia.City United".
