Oleksiy Maksymenko

Oleksiy Maksymenko is a Senior Project Manager at Stepico. He has seven years of experience in project management, the last three in game development; before that he worked at fintech companies, including on one of Ukraine's largest fintech products. He has been a speaker on the PM360 course. Outside his main job he runs a Ukrainian Hearthstone player community: it began with regular offline events in Kyiv that he organized with a friend, and he later applied project management practices to growing an online community, which within a year went from a small hobby to a large project and now collaborates with other gaming communities, including Ukraine's largest World of Warcraft community.
