Oleksandr Chuhuiev explains how a production team making creative video ads for mobile games built internal guides. The team grew from five to 25–30 people, the number of projects doubled and the task flow rose sharply. That led to repeating mistakes in formats and sizes, durations, fonts, rendering and file naming, plus a lot of time lost on feedback. The team identified these patterns and documented them in a guide: video structure (a hook in the first seconds, idea development, call to action), font and sound requirements, render settings, naming rules and quality criteria. They also built an After Effects template with safe zones for every format, a tutorial video and a set of free plugins.
