From Idea to Game: step-by-step immersion in the world of game development

Our company started almost two years ago as a small hobby of two gamers obsessed with the idea of releasing their game. We decided to go all the way independently and gradually (from a pilot mobile "runner" to a full-fledged adventure game). That's why I want to share our discoveries, packed crowds and experience gained - writing complex scripts and understanding the monetization of the final product, the complexity of recruiting and composing tasks for the team, budget and resource planning, etc.
