In this talk, we will look at how to maintain productivity, build and rebuild processes, and find the best people for an optimal result.
What the talk is about
Arthur Sheikhaliev talks about crisis management at the level of a company, a studio and a single project. He distinguishes external crises (such as war or legislative changes), external-internal ones and purely internal ones caused by poor management. For responding, he suggests identifying critical goals, analysing the situation, redistributing resources, building loyalty and then diagnosing the results. He also covers regular crisis management: team inertia, duplicating key roles and people, and people who constantly watch for potential threats. A studio should build several forecast scenarios and keep its main goals without sacrificing quality, while a project should be checked against company goals and its resources recalculated. Useful for managers, producers and heads of studios and teams.
